Redefining traditional milk paint, Vega Paint is made with vegetable casein, rather than milk casein.  White Vega Paint is a soft white derived from fine Italian marble, and contains no titanium dioxide.  Made from natural, nontoxic ingredients and 100% VOC-free. 

 
Ingredients: Marble flour, chalk, vegetable casein, kaoline, talcum, diatomaceous earth, lime hydrate, soda, methyl cellulose - and that's it!

Ships as a dry powder. Just add water to make 1 gallon!

Vega Paint is easy to use, nearly odorless, wipe-resistant, and provides excellent coverage.  Vega Paint has a matte finish.  Use pure Italian Marble White Vega Paint for a natural, harmonic white, or select any of our Straight-from-Nature colors in one of three shades. 

Vega is suitable for application on absorbent surfaces such as plaster, stone, concrete, wallpaper, drywall, and fibrous plaster boards.  Untreated absorbent surfaces should be primed with Vega Primer.  Use our samples to test suitability for your surface by first painting a small, inconspicuous area.  Vega Paint can be applied with rollers, brushes, and airless sprayers.  Vega Paint is not recommended for use in humid conditions, including kitchens and bathrooms.  Use Unearthed Gecko Paint or Lime Paint for these applications.
